Hello! My name is Harmony and I am a licensed Professional Counselor Associate and Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in Texas. I am a warm hearted, idealistic, neurospicy and highly sensitive human, as well as a devoted mother and partner who leads with love.
I envision a world where every person can embrace their authentic selves, unapologetically while leading a holistically healthy life that fulfills their potential. Unfortunately, life can present obstacles that may get in the way of this, and you deserve support in crafting the life you desire.
I strive to provide a space where survivors like you can breathe and feel comfortable enough to process your experiences and work through challenges. I am here to support you in strengthening your relationship with yourself and others, so you can live more fully and freely. Together, we can navigate your unique journey toward healing and harmony.

Each brain works differently and I support folks in learning to work with their brain to develop habits and a lifestyle that aligns with them and their goals.
In the power and importance of community in collective healing and liberation.
harmony’s therapeutic approach
My approach to therapy takes into account the wholeness of who you are. I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to support and guide you as you listen more closely to your body, your experiences, and your inner wisdom.
I work in somatic, experiential, and mindfulness-based ways, drawing from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, yoga, and more. I also honor African diasporic traditions of storytelling, embodiment, and holistic healing. Together, we pay attention to how your experiences show up in your body, emotions, and relationships, and we move at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable.
I practice from a trauma-conscious, liberation-centered lens that honors culture, identity, and context. Therapy with me is about creating safety, deepening self-trust, and helping you feel more grounded and present in your life and relationships.
My education and training reflect the care and intentionality I bring to this work, including EMDR, somatic therapies, and a liberation-centered, trauma-informed approach to healing.
